Ken has been working in corporate sales and management for over 20 years, his true love is teaching and mentoring the others. One of the key focuses in the sharing sessions Ken delivers is to teach the missing basics and core values to the new generation and young talents. These include developing positive thinking and result driven attitude, strengthening communication skill, adapting to the changing organization cultures and building collaboration in teams. Ken is also a writer and columnist in major media portals, sharing industry experiences and management insights.
Ken holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the HKU and a Master's degree in Information Engineering from the CUHK. Besides, he also graduated from Kellogg-HKUST for EMBA and he is a lecturer at the HKUSPACE.
