Our Founder

Ken is an experienced business growth entrepreneur and technology executive with proven track record in driving change and managing growth through building and training high performance teams. Ken is strong in startup business and led a company to go IPO in US Nasdaq in 2020.

Ken is known for his dynamic, motivating, charming and humorous speaking style. His strength comes through his ability to use his business experiences to understand the knowledge and skills his audiences need to improve their sales techniques and performance. He is talented in designing and delivering training sessions in a way that motivates participants to use the best skills for optimised outcomes. Taking his audiences into the world of work, Ken brings a variety of training topics to the sales business world. Over the years, he has delivered numerous of world-class sales training seminars, best practice sharing sessions, selling skills workshops and sales management training programs. Ken is known for disciplined and aggressive execution versus competition as well as delivering sales results that are best in class. He is an experienced business sales and technology executive with proven track record in driving change and managing growth through building high performance teams.

Ken has been working in corporate sales and management for over 20 years, his true love is teaching and mentoring the others. One of the key focuses in the sharing sessions Ken delivers is to teach the missing basics and core values to the new generation and young talents. These include developing positive thinking and result driven attitude, strengthening communication skill, adapting to the changing organization cultures and building collaboration in teams. Ken is also a writer and columnist in major media portals, sharing industry experiences and management insights.

Ken holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the HKU and a Master's degree in Information Engineering from the CUHK. Besides, he also graduated from Kellogg-HKUST for EMBA and he is a lecturer at the HKUSPACE.
